Yoga is a great way to stay active and fit during your pregnancy. Yoga’s focus on breathing will help you throughout your pregnancy and definitely through labor! If you’re new to yoga, consult with your doctor before starting any fitness program during pregnancy. If you’re a seasoned yogini, consult with you doctor before continuing your program as well and let your yoga instructors know you are pregnant and which trimester you are in so they can suggest the right poses and posture modifications.
